Russell County Fair: Attractions

Wagner's Carnival	For the child or "child at heart" our carnival will be an unforgettable experience. This clean, safe carnival offers great family entertainment value. There is a mix of kiddie, family and thrill rides along with appropriate family-oriented games.

The Yearys Music Show	"The Sweethearts of Branson" This trip down memory lane will not only entertain you but will forever be in your heart as one of the best shows you have ever seen.

	Spin To Win is a new game created by last years favorite, Game Show Road Show. Come out to have a laugh, watching people from the crowd challenging the big wheel.


McClain's Mutton Busters and Kids Ranch Rodeo	Fun filled family entertainment. Mutton Bustin for kids 60 lbs. and under. Ranch Rodeo for kids ten years of age and under. The clowns watch out for the safety of the youth and animals while keeping the crowd entertained. The Ranch Rodeo is for kids young and old. Wooden cows that give real milk and wooden horses everyone can ride.

Children's Tractor Pull	Pedal tractors will be furnished for all contestants. Prizes awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Must be able to pedal the tractor without assistance ~~ 4 - 12 years of age participates. ~~ All participants will receive a ribbon. ~~ Registration is first-come, first served basis at 5:00pm.

Turtle and Frog Races	Find the fastest frog or speediest turtle and bring it to the fairgrounds for some fun. Kids through the fifth grade can compete. Races will be held on the street in front of the 4-H building.

Arm Wrestling	Think you are the strongest in the area? This is your chance to prove it. Men's and Women's classes. Trophies awarded. Held at the Beef Show Arena.

4-H Livestock Sale	The Fair Board, for the benefit of the 4-H livestock project members, conducts the livestock sale annually. This sale provides community members and business an opportunity to support these hard working youth of Russell County. This is a premium auction; possession of the animal can be taken by also paying the floor price.
